05 Oct #ENCW Project Update: You’re Making an Impact

Dear Christian Radio,

We’re proud to share the first monthly #ENCW Project Update with you and your team. In this video, you’ll learn about our recent visit to storm-ravaged Houston and the results of our meeting with three KSBJ staff members.

As a #ENCW Project Partner, you will receive a video or email update each month.  We encourage you to submit your own videos, photos, and/or project information to Derek Withrow (PAR), so we can share your efforts with others.

We praise God for you and for all He is doing through your ministries.

#ENCW Highlights:

• Nearly 70 organizations have come together to help change the world through the #ENCW Project
• #ENCW Partners immediately put their faith into action by collectively responding to the devastation caused by hurricanes Harvey and Irma.
• More than $1 million has been raised for hurricane relief through God’s Pit Crew. Those funds are already helping victims of both storms recover.
• To date, more than 82 tractor-trailer loads of supplies have been sent by God’s Pit Crew to Texas and Florida. Each shipment is filled with food, water, and Blessing Buckets which contain essential emergency supplies.
• Additional monies have been raised through Christian radio for other relief organizations including: Convoy of Hope, Samaritan’s Purse, and Food for the Hungry.
• Derek Withrow (Director of Impact for PAR) and Randy Johnson (President/Founder of God’s Pit Crew) visited Houston as #ENCW Project representatives.  The duo surveyed storm damage, met with victims, and formulated a plan of action to further offer hope to those affected.
